Embracing B2B Digital Transformation (Part Two)

Hey everybody! Welcome back to Commerce Talk. 

Again, I'm Jeff Schaffner, and today we're going to be wrapping up our B2B digital transformation series by talking a little bit more on the how side of things: how an agency like Acro Commerce can navigate you through your transformative journey.

Once you've decided that doing nothing is not an option, and on that note - quickly recapping from the first one was more around the idea that digital transformation is something that should be looked at within your company, as all companies are continuing to evolve over time, also helping to understand when it would make sense to be making these moves.

So, the real question is, now that we've decided to make the moves, what should you do? And that's where again Acro Commerce comes in. Our technical expertise helps plan and support your internal team as we embark on this rather large journey together.

So, an overview of Acro and working with us - again, trying to be quick on these things - the approach is clearly thorough. 

We are going to work with stakeholders to identify unique challenges across all digital departments. The mission is going to be to streamline your process with technology that's going to be able to enhance your human element, giving your team greater capabilities toward the two big things: fulfillment and customer support. 

We're going to do this with a lot of experience behind us and our ability to present actionable concepts and technical documentation. This allows stakeholders the ability to visualize the transformation and make informed decisions. We are going to clearly outline the road map, the budget, and the timeline so you know exactly what to expect or when there may be areas of the unknown, of course, as well. 

Knowing the development plan and how new technologies will integrate with your existing system is crucial. Through research and deliverables, a comprehensive understanding is going to help your company feel comfortable with these big moves.

Best in Class -  this is a really quick point, but there'll be a lot on our website about it. 

Our company does have the ability to be platform agnostic. This allows us to find the best solution with the best software, allowing your company limitless potential for scaling through future-proofing. That's due to a plug-and-play system that allows us to not necessarily follow the monolithic architecture that we've been encased in, or trapped in, before.

That actually brings us to a good segue to the phasing approach, as well. 

So, digital transformation doesn't happen overnight. We are going to help your company identify quick wins to be able to introduce your team and your customers to the new digital experience gradually. This process and this project are really about making the transformation manageable and effective. We can often, with your help, we can even go and lock down an MVP (minimum viable product) and the reason why we often look to do this is that it can be a great introduction. It can have a proof of concept confirmation, where we're able to give value quickly, and that's going to really help start this relationship as we continue on through an iterative approach.
