THE PILLARS OF B2B ECOMMERCE
How Ecommerce Supports B2B Sales Reps
Adding ecommerce and improving your sales reps’ experience? It is possible! Jared Seitz, Business Development leader at Acro, and Nicole Donnelly, American Manufacturing, held a webinar called “10 Things We Love About B2B Ecommerce”. This segment takes a look at how adding ecommerce can improve processes for your sales reps, even allowing you to make money while you sleep.

Hey, it's Jared from Acro. Recently, I sat down with Nicole Donnelly for our “10 Things We Love About B2B Ecommerce” webinar. Here's part of our conversation:
Nicole: So what I love about B2B ecommerce is 24-7 sales. I mean, first and foremost, you can let your sales reps sell while they sleep!
So this is not something that completely removes the need for having a sales rep, but really positioning your ecommerce store to support that sales rep relationship so that some of those, you know, repeat orders, slower level orders, your customers can just purchase whenever they need to, and you don't have to pay a salesperson to be on the phone dialling, taking calls 24-7.
So, that's one of the first and foremost things I love, is that it really doesn't remove the sales rep from the equation; it supports that sales rep and allows you to sell more with less. What do you think?
Jared: It's so good. I mean, who doesn't want to make money while they're sleeping.
